• Our Halal Lamb Kofta Burgers have added spices to add an extra zing to the succulent ground lamb used in making them.

  Our burgers are made by a small, highly trained team using burger machines specially imported from America. They are widely acclaimed to be the best in their field because of the unique way they form the burger, resulting in a less dense patty which cooks quickly and evenly.

  Together with the quality of the lamb itself and the additional spices carefully selected, this makes for a tender burger, full of flavour, with a satisfying bite.
  
  A great alternative to beef burgers!

• We recommend cooking the burgers on a skillet or pan. No need for greasing the pan! Cook each side on high heat to sear the burger, then lower the heat and cook for around 4 minutes on each side.
  Alternatively you can cook them in the oven on 180c for about 10minutes, turning once.

• We deliver nationwide EVERY Wednesday. If your order reaches us by Monday 12pm (noon) we'll deliver the same week, otherwise it will be the following week.

  Our couriers send out SMS notifications on the delivery day to give you a 90 minute delivery slot. Replying to the SMS allows you to easily redirect your delivery to your neighbour or local post office to pick up later.

  Orders over £80 are delivered for FREE.
  Standard Delivery for orders between £40 & £79.99 is only £5.49.
